The Tennis Lab A New Tennis Development Program Beginning in February 2026! Join us for a dynamic new clinic that blends tennis-specific fitness training with expert instruction to improve your movement, mechanics, and on-court performance. You’ll increase mobility, build strength, learn key exercises to boost power and prevent injury, and refine your stroke technique for better play at every level. Led by Joe Rosa, Director of Racquet Sports and Amee Foss, Certified Personal Trainer, this clinic is designed for players of all levels who want to elevate their game, move better, and feel stronger on and off the court. Weekly Focus: Week 1 – Balance & Mobility + Serve/Return Includes footwork assessments and Technogym Checkup metrics. Build crisp movement patterns and stronger, more accurate serves and returns. Week 2 – Mobility & Agility + Groundstrokes/Rally Control Sharpen topspin, improve depth control, and enhance shoulder health for injury prevention. Week 3 – Agility & Shoulder Strength + Net Play & Transitional Movement Develop speed into the court, stable volleys, and smooth movement through transition. Week 4 – Shoulder Strength & Endurance + Approach Shots, Patterns & Point Construction Build power, stamina, and strategic awareness for longer rallies and confident shot selection. Each clinic meets at the turf Mondays at 10:30 a.m. and includes: ✔️ 30 minutes of pickleball-specific fitness training (balance, flexibility, agility, and mobility) ✔️ 45 minutes of on-court pickleball instruction immediately following the fitness session. 2026 Spring Session Dates: All sessions are 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. February: Mondays beginning February 2nd March: March 2, 9, 23 & 30 (no class during Humble ISD spring break) April: Mondays beginning April 6th Registration: Attend one 4-week session—or all of them!
