Bend & Birdie - Yoga for Golfers

Bend & Birdie: A 2-Week Yoga Pop-Up for Golfers “Bend & Birdie” is a short, focused yoga series designed specifically for golfers who want to improve their game while taking better care of their bodies. This two-week pop-up class blends mobility work, balance training, and mindful movement to help you swing more efficiently, recover faster, and stay injury-free on and off the course. Each session targets the key areas golfers rely on most—hips, shoulders, spine, and core—using a mix of dynamic stretches and controlled strength-building poses. You’ll work on rotational flexibility for a smoother backswing, stability for better control, and breathwork to keep your mind steady under pressure. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or someone who’s never touched their toes. Classes are designed to be accessible but effective, with modifications for all levels. Over the two weeks, you’ll: Loosen tight muscles that restrict your swing Build core strength for power and consistency Improve balance and coordination Learn simple recovery techniques you can use between rounds Perfect as a pre-season tune-up or mid-season reset, “Bend & Birdie” is where mindful movement meets better golf.
